David's Story



David Corbaley is no ordinary success story. David left high school before graduating and joined the army. The structure of school and all of the social pressure was something David simply didn’t enjoy.

David always aspired to do more, he wanted to be an army aviator, but his less than perfect eyesight prevented him from qualifying. Not satisfied, David kept searching for that “achievement”. That’s when he discovered Army Special Forces.

After several years of intense training, David became an Army Green Beret, and enjoyed many years as an "Elite" soldier. He traveled all over the world, teaching and training other people how to improve their own countries.

Unfortunately, he witnessed his comrades leaving the service at military retirement age, only to find themselves out in the marketplace, struggling to find meaningful work, even with so much experience. David decided it was time to leave the service, so, after 10 years, he moved on.

After leaving the service, David experimented with several small businesses, until a friend persuaded him to apply to the fire department. David was hired as a Seattle Firefighter in early 1999, where the excitement of the job brought back fond memories of his military days. The thrill of going into a burning building and testing your skills and intuition was exhilarating!

However, after a few short years, that “business desire” returned with unrelenting pull. David listened, and followed his honed intuition right into real estate. He learned everything he could, devouring books and courses during down time at the fire station. David bought his first investment house in April of 2002, and never looked back.

Today, after hundreds of deals and many years of experience in different real estate niches, David has a thriving foreclosure business, where they specialize in short sale transactions. It’s common for David’s business to close 3-5 transactions per month, and many times make a 6 figure income EACH MONTH!

He left the fire department in May of 2006, because his business had become so successful, he wanted to spend more time sharing his methods with others, and teaching others how to become successful as well.

Today, David is a national trainer, sharing his business tactics with eager investors around the country. David still runs this business, so the methods and strategies he teaches are all state of the art, current methods that work in today’s marketplace. He has a full time staff in Seattle, WA that operates his thriving business.

David has also created some incredible systems that have helped him achieve his high level of success; including marketing systems, specialized websites, internet marketing, and little known tactics he’s developed, which virtually eliminate competition.

David is also a founding member of TopForeclosureTraining.com which is an excellent resource for investors.

David runs an incredibly successful mentoring program, "The Diamond Inner Circle" where he trains only a select group of his closest clients on the absolute best tactics known today for investing in Foreclosures and Short Sales.

David gets a great deal of satisfaction showing other people how to step away from the crowd, become their own boss and truly be successful in the real estate business.
